This role provides antenatal care to women with a range of pregnancy risks, from low to complex, through antenatal clinic services, as well as homecare and postnatal support through home visits. Working across CARE and Ambulatory Services more broadly, you’ll play an important role in providing comprehensive, coordinated care to women and their families throughout pregnancy and the early postpartum period.

The role involves active participation in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, supporting timely assessment, care planning, escalation and continuity of care across the maternity continuum.
