Team Leader, Investment Administration

The Role

Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Team Leader to join our team!

The role supports the day-to-day operations of our investment and superannuation SMA product offerings, with a focus on payments and transfers administration.

You will lead and support a team of up to nine people, ensuring client transactions are processed compliantly and efficiently. This includes requests and activities such as in-specie transfers, pension payments, Direct Debits, BPAY and the administration of account fees.

You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing regular coaching and feedback to support team performance, developing capability through cross-skilling and best practice, supporting complex queries as a subject matter expert, and managing work allocation to meet SLAs.

This Role is Ideal for Someone Who

• Has 2+ years’ experience managing direct reports.
• Has experience supporting teams to deliver client outcomes within agreed SLAs.
• Has experience coaching team members, identifying development needs and coordinating appropriate support and training.
• Has worked for 4+ years within a wealth management platform, custody or funds management environment
• Has the ability to effectively manage workflows, prioritise and contribute to continuous improvement.
