Urgent Care Network Australia is seeking an experienced Endorsed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our Melbourne Urgent Care Centres. This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your scope in a well-supported, multidisciplinary environment, all without the demands of overnight shifts or on-call work.

You'll independently assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions while collaborating closely with experienced GPs, nurses and support staff.

About the Role

As an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner, you will:

• Independently assess, diagnose and manage urgent presentations

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe within your scope of practice

• Order and interpret pathology and diagnostic investigations

• Perform procedures and provide evidence-based clinical care

• Deliver patient education and discharge planning

• Recognise patients requiring escalation or transfer to higher levels of care

• Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner

• Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, Primary Care or another acute clinical setting

• Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills

• Confidence working autonomously and making sound clinical decisions

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Full Australian working rights
