Volunteer Systems Lead

• Work within Uniting’s Volunteer and Student Engagement team to support excellence and consistency in system configuration and management.

As the Volunteer Systems Lead, you will bring your expertise in configuration and management of volunteer management software as well as your passion for clear and collaborative change management to enable successful volunteer engagement and administration.

You will maintain, audit and improve systems, provide user support, and ensure technology enables the volunteer programs operate smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

• Change management qualifications
• Experience designing and managing Better Impact software is essential
• Experience managing change in complex environments is essential
• Experience working in community service organisation is preferred
• Proven capability to educate and advocate for a contemporary, values-based approach to volunteering
