Full Spectrum Consulting is currently recruiting experienced Machine Operators and Line Operators to join an established manufacturing operation located in the Taren Point area.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with extrusion lines, injection moulding machinery, pipe and profile production, plastics manufacturing or similar automated production equipment.

These are ongoing opportunities suited to reliable operators looking for stability, consistent hours and the opportunity to build a long-term career within manufacturing For Day, Night and Rotation 12 hr shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities

Depending on your previous experience, you may be responsible for:

• Operating extrusion and production lines
• Operating injection moulding machinery
• Setting up, starting and monitoring production equipment
• Performing machine and product changeovers
• Monitoring temperatures, speeds and other machine settings
• Identifying production issues and carrying out basic troubleshooting
• Conducting regular quality checks throughout production runs
• Inspecting finished products for faults or defects
• Feeding raw materials into production equipment
• Completing production documentation
• Performing repetitive manual handling as required
• Keeping machinery and surrounding production areas clean and organised
• Following site safety, quality and manufacturing procedures

We're Looking for Operators With Experience In

Previous hands-on experience within industrial manufacturing is essential, with preference given to candidates who have worked in one or more of the following:

Extrusion | Injection Moulding | Pipe & Profile Lines | Plastics Manufacturing | Automated Production Lines | Machine Setting | Process Manufacturing

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Confidence working around automated machinery
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Good attention to product quality
• A strong understanding of workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work within a fast-paced production environment
• Flexibility to work different shifts where required
• Reliable transport to the Taren Point area

This is not a general pick-packing role. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable working directly with manufacturing machinery and understand the responsibilities involved in keeping a production line operating safely and efficiently.
