Join Berkley Insurance Australia as a Part-Time (3 days/week) Marketing Coordinator (12-Month Contract) and play a key role in supporting our marketing, events and business engagement activities. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll coordinate events, manage marketing initiatives, support customer communications, and help deliver campaigns that enhance the Berkley brand. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity, organisation and administration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external events, webinars and meetings

• Manage event logistics, registrations, communications and post-event reporting

• Support marketing activities across websites, social media, EDMs and print channels

• Design and distribute newsletters and email campaigns

• Manage marketing inboxes, contact databases and customer communications

• Prepare marketing reports and analyse campaign performance

• Provide marketing support to underwriting and claims teams

• Assist with the creation of marketing and event plans aligned to business objectives

Essential;

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Events or a related discipline

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisation and time management skills

• Ability to prioritise competing deadlines and work under pressure

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work autonomously and use initiative

• Customer service focused with strong stakeholder management skills

• Experience using design platforms such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud

• A strong desire to learn and continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Desired;

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field

• Experience in any of the following

  • managing website content, including WordPress

  • email marketing platforms such as Vision6

  • coordinating webinars and virtual events, including Microsoft Teams

• Experience analysing marketing performance and reporting on results
