About the role
About the role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to keep our warehouse running smoothly and our installers supplied and on the road. You'll be the first on site each morning — operating the forklift, unloading deliveries, loading up our installers and customers, and keeping the warehouse organised. You'll also handle deliveries and site inspections across Sydney, working closely with our Operations Manager to keep jobs on track.
Key responsibilities
Operate the forklift to load and unload stock and deliveries
Receive and unload incoming deliveries
Load installers and customers accurately and efficiently each morning
Organise and maintain the warehouse, including stock control
Complete site deliveries across Sydney (when required)
Carry out site inspections across Sydney (when required)
Report to and support the Operations Manager with day-to-day logistics
About you
Current Forklift Licence (LF)
Current Light Rigid (LR) driver's licence, for our small truck
Confident using Microsoft Excel and generally computer savvy
A genuine team player who pitches in and supports the crew
Reliable and punctual — you're ready to start at 5:30am, every day
Strong communication skills
