Located in the heart of Perth, Indigo Oscar delivers a vibrant dining experience that combines exceptional food, genuine hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. We're seeking passionate culinary professionals to join our kitchen team, with opportunities available for both Commis Chefs and Chefs de Partie.

Working alongside our talented kitchen team, you'll help deliver high-quality food and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and present dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Support daily kitchen operations and service periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Assist with stock rotation, storage and kitchen organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• For Chef de Partie candidates, lead your section and support the development of junior team members.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment.
• Passion for food, hospitality and continuous learning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-first approach.
• For Chef de Partie candidates, experience managing a section and mentoring junior chefs.
