Production Coordinator/Product Developer Offshore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Coordinator / Offshore Product Developer to join the team at Anna Thomas in Cremorne, Victoria. This full-time role is integral to our product development and manufacturing operations, overseeing offshore production processes from concept through to delivery. Working closely with offshore factories, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure products are developed and produced to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Reporting to the Senior Production Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate production across offshore manufacturing partners

• Oversee product development from initial design concepts through to final production

• Collaborate closely with offshore factories to ensure accurate execution of designs and specifications

• Monitor production timelines, quality standards, and costing to support business profitability and on-time delivery

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow management

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

• Provide regular production and development updates to management

• Work collaboratively with design, production, and operations teams to support seasonal product launches

• Send tech packs supplied by the pattern makers to offshore suppliers

• Attend weekly fittings for optimum record taking and factory communication.

About you

• Strong capacity to work to deadlines and on time delivery

• Garment tech experience preferred.

• Attention to detail, managing BOM and accurate data entry
