About the role 

As a Supervisor, you’ll support the store management team to maximize sales, ensure smooth operations, and provide exceptional in-store experience, all while creating a safe, enjoyable work environment for the team. 

You’ll also help create a safe and enjoyable environment for both customers and the team. 

• Growing and nurturing a “customer-first” culture to ensure exceptional service every time. 

• Driving and monitoring the store’s sales performance. 

• Promote a safe workplace by following WHS safety programs. 

• Leading, developing, and motivating your team to reach their full potential. 

• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

Who are we looking for?  

We’re looking for someone who loves retail, delivers great service, and enjoys leading and developing a team 

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role 

• Passionate about personal growth and team development 

• Skilled in coaching to maximize team performance 

• Team player who values collaboration 

• Strong communicator at all levels 

• Proficient in stock management and replenishment 

• Organized with a keen eye for detail
