We are looking for a reliable, passionate and proactive, skilled Trade Sales professional with a strong background in the concrete and trade sector, driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the business owner, providing expert product advice and technical insights to our trade and industry clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with the team to support in-store trade sales for our valued trade customers

• Addressing customer enquiries with effective solutions and guidance, offering advice and information tailored to trade and commercial clients

• Processing in-store and phone sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Working closely with the business owner to drive sales and contribute to business growth

• Performing general shop duties, including packing, loading trucks, stock replenishment and other hands-on tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in concrete equipment, trade hardware, or the landscape industry is essential, as is a background in building and construction or familiarity with steel scheduling and estimating

• In-depth knowledge of concrete equipment, machinery, tools, and materials

• Relevant experience in a similar role and a well-established network within the industry

• Strong customer focus and professional communication with a dedication to excellent service

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with a sound understanding of Microsoft Office and Teams

• Experience with Hike POS System, Eftpos machines, and MYOB will be highly regarded

• Highly developed organisational skills and the self-motivation to work autonomously

• Proactive approach to work with initiative and has a 'can do' attitude'

• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment

• A forklift license is preferred
