IDAM Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management Technical Lead to support a major Federal Government identity transformation program.
You will provide technical leadership across enterprise IAM capabilities, working closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders and delivery teams to define and implement modern Identity Governance, Access Management and Entra ID services.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Identity & Access Management technical delivery activities.Develop and mature Identity Governance frameworks.Drive identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).Define RBAC and access governance models.Lead Entra ID and federation architecture initiatives.Oversee application onboarding and identity integrations.Support IAM architecture, security governance and compliance activities.Mentor and guide architects, engineers and specialists.
Essential ExperienceTechnical Lead, IAM Architect or Identity Architect experience.Microsoft Entra ID.Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).Identity Lifecycle Management.SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect and SCIM.Access Governance, Certification and Entitlement Management.Application onboarding and federation design.Active NV1 clearance.
