Role
The Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) provides business and occupational licensing and not-for-profit registration services to Victorians. The role will deliver projects relating to the RTS business plan and initiatives and support the effective administration and development of the RTS’ functions. This will include effective business requirements gathering, data analysis and project management.
Accountabilities
Actively support the development and implementation of projects and activities contributing to the RTS’ transformation program, continuous process improvement and other projects.Develop business requirements, process maps and related documentation to support the RTS’ transformation program, continuous process improvement and other ICT projects.Gather and refine business requirements preferably within the context of Agile project methodology.Understanding of and experience in process mapping, designing workflows and establishing and implementing quality control and continuous improvement efficiency mechanisms.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills.Background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.Experience with online portals.Full SDLC experience - requirements gathering through testing and change management.Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple business units.Ability to work within strict regulatory-change timelines
