About the role
About the role:
The Digital Transformation Branch is delivering a suite of significant digital initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of a new Parliamentary website, ERP platform and other technology-enabled projects supporting Members of Parliament in the Legislative Assembly and the Legislative Council.
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the development and delivery of targeted change strategies that enable a structured, well-supported transition. This role will work closely with stakeholders to build engagement, readiness and adoption, ensuring new systems, processes and ways of working are embedded effectively and deliver the intended business and organisational outcomes.

Based in NSW Parliament, the Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is a specialist service department working to support the operation of the Parliament of NSW by providing logistical support and advice to members, the Departments of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly and the people of New South Wales. Our office is found close to public transport in the heart of Macquarie Street CBD, next to the State Library and Sydney’s Botanic Gardens.
