BlueFit is on the hunt for passionate, driven Swim School Managers to lead our teams across our growing network of Sydney facilities.

About the Role

As a Swim School Manager, you aren't just overseeing a pool, you are leading a community. You will be responsible for the day to day operations and strategic growth of the Learn to Swim program, ensuring every family receives an exceptional and safe experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Operational Leadership: Overseeing daily management in line with BlueFit’s established systems and service standards.

• Team Mentorship: Leading, scheduling, rostering and developing a high-performing team of Swim Instructors.

• Program Growth: Managing enrolments, retention, and community engagement to ensure the facility thrives.

• Safety & Quality: Maintaining a gold-standard environment for child safety and aquatic education.

About You

You’re someone who stays calm when the pool deck gets busy and knows how to lead by example.

• Experience: You’ve spent time in the water as a Swim Teacher and have experience leading and mentoring others.

• Admin Savvy: You're comfortable with rosters, reporting, and managing customer inquiries.

• Child Safety First: You have a deep, non-negotiable commitment to keeping kids safe.

Qualifications (Required or willing to obtain):

• SISSS00112 – Swim Teacher / Learn to Swim Certification.

• HLTAID011 & HLTAID009 – Provide First Aid and CPR.

• Valid SA Working with Children Check (Employee).

• Valid Police Check
