Position Summary: 

• Assist with the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations, predominantly for evening service

• Engage and inspire guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience 

• Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with a focus on attention to detail 

• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience 

• Support your like-minded Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks 

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
