The opportunity:

Fitness First is one of Australia's leading fitness brands. We are recognised for providing innovative, inclusive, engaging, and fun group fitness solutions to our members across a range of disciplines. As a Group Fitness Instructor at Fitness First it will be your responsibility to lead “best in industry” group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals. 

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes

• Ensure the well-being and safety of members

• Maintain consistent delivery of the class format

• Maximise class attendance through high-level execution

• Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away

To be successful in this role you will need:

• GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness

• Registration with Fitness Australia

• First Aid and CPR certifications

• Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice

• Ability to engage with and motivate members
