About the opportunity
The role of the Hotel Services Assistant is to provide efficient quality focused kitchen services within Mercy Health Albury, whilst ensuring the department meets all patient and facility needs. The position requires staff to work within the framework set out by the NSW Food Authority Guidelines, whilst adhering to the core values of Mercy Health. The Hotel Service Assistant will form an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current Police Record Check
• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.
