Retail | Stylist

Seafolly is looking for a Stylist to join our team at Seafolly Coolangatta.

As a brand ambassador for one of Australia's most iconic swimwear brands, you'll create exceptional customer experiences, provide styling and fit expertise, and help drive sales and KPI performance. Working as part of a supportive and high-performing team, you'll play a key role in bringing the Seafolly brand to life in-store. You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Seafolly's brand values and standards.

• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, fit expertise, customer empathy, and problem-solving skills.

• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards while understanding customer preferences and best-selling products.

• Drive sales performance by meeting daily sales and KPI targets and confidently closing sales opportunities.

• Promote customer loyalty, retention, and Omni Channel services, including Click & Collect, Ship from Store, reservations, and fit appointments.

• Support store operations, stock management, security, and stocktake activities to minimise loss and maximise profitability.

• Foster positive teamwork by being accountable, embracing feedback, participating in development opportunities, and maintaining open communication with the Store Manager.

You have:

• Available to work more than three days per week

• Previous retail or customer service experience highly regarded

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer experiences.

• Proactive, positive, and motivated, with the initiative to learn, grow, and adapt to change.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills.

• Thrives in a customer-focused and inclusive team environment, contributing positively to team success.

• Able to effectively balance customer needs, act with urgency, and maintain company policies, procedures, and standards.

• Results-driven, with a passion for driving sales, meeting productivity targets, and confidently closing sales opportunities.
