Operations Analyst

This is a genuine seat inside a specialist operations team managing wind, solar and BESS assets across the NEM and WEM. You're not buried in a large corporate structure - you're working directly alongside operators who built their careers running these markets, and what you learn in your first year here would take three or four years to pick up anywhere else.

What you will do:

• Support spot market bidding, monitoring and dispatch outcomes across a live renewable portfolio
• Work directly with AEMO, network service providers and client teams on real market events
• Analyse plant, market and weather data and turn it into reporting that actually gets used
• Get trained end to end, with a defined pathway into an on-shift Operations Controller role
• Be part of onboarding new clients as the business continues to grow

What you need:

• Strong analytical mindset, sharp with data and detail
• Confident in Excel, Power BI or similar tools 
• Understanding of the NEM, constraints and FCAS a plus 
• Comfortable working autonomously from home 
• Calm, clear decision-making under pressure
