Sales Consultant - ROLEX Boutique Melbourne

A rare opportunity for a professional Sales Consultant has arisen to join the high performing boutique team at the ROLEX Boutique on the Paris end of Collins Street. The role is Full-Time (38 hours per week), over a rotating roster of 6 days (Monday to Saturday).

With the key aim in ensuring the highest standards of Customer Experience, the team at Boutellier Montres aims to exceed our client’s expectations and represent the luxury watches well known on the global scale through the doors of a prestige boutique. Teamwork is essential in managing the expectations of our clients on the daily basis, bolstered by highly motivated and autonomous team members that demonstrate keen attention to detail, excellent communication, and organisational skills.  

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing the highest standards of Customer Experience for clients on their watch purchasing journey

• Establishing relationships for the longer-term with new and existing clients of the boutique

• Maintaining an impeccable Brand Image, including an impeccably maintained Boutique Environment

• Maintaining a high level of personal presentation and grooming

• Professionalism in all digital communication with clients

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience 

• Demonstrated experience and passion for providing a personalised, high-level customer experience 

• Proven experience managing high expectations

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in computer/tablet literacy  

• Adept in working with an established, high-performing team

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to take initiative and be autonomous

• Ability to act on and communicate constructive feedback

• Proven experience resolving minor disputes

• Proficiency in a second language will be advantageous

• Demonstrated work experience in luxury and/or prestige sales will be advantageous
