What you'll do

• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement improvements to financial workflows and reporting structures
• Assist in managing project activities, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.
• Work towards becoming a subject matter expert in financial close and digital reporting processes; working with technologies like Blackline and Workiva
• Identify areas for process optimization and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead/participate in client facing workshops and meetings. Including, developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people 
• Help shape the delivery approach and go-to-market strategy across Australia and the broader APAC region.
• Participate in business development and sales cycles

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of experience working as a consultant in the professional services industry
• 2 + years of experience supporting transformation projects and collaborating across teams.
• 2+ years of experience with project management and change management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
• Applicants must have unrestricted, ongoing right to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working at Big 4 Consulting Firms
• Experience working in the financial close or digital reporting space with technologies like Blackline and Workiva (or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
• Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities 
• Willingness to continually take on challenging projects with new or ambiguous subject matter 
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, specifically business-to-business writing skills

The compensation range for this position is $100,000-150,000 AUD. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
