The position

Joining our team in Toowoomba or Ipswich, the Salesforce Administrator plays a key role in supporting and continuously improving Tasc’s client relationship management (CRM), Salesforce. Working closely with the Compliance Manager and stakeholders across the organisation, you will ensure our systems remain accurate, secure, accessible and able to effectively support service delivery, reporting and compliance requirements.

The role is responsible for administering Salesforce user accounts and permissions, maintaining system settings and data integrity, producing operational reports and dashboards, providing first-level user support, and helping coordinate system improvements and upgrades. You will also contribute to organisational data governance activities, ensuring information is managed in accordance with privacy, confidentiality and records management requirements.

In addition to Salesforce administration, this role plays a key part in supporting organisational reporting requirements. Working with funding, compliance and operational teams, you will assist in developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data collection processes that support reporting to government funders, accreditation bodies and organisational stakeholders. The ability to understand reporting requirements and translate them into practical system solutions will be highly valued.

A significant part of the role involves supporting staff capability by developing user guides, training materials and process documentation, while assisting employees to make effective use of Salesforce and reporting tools. Some travel between offices is required, which may occasionally include overnight stays.

The person

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate IV in Business, Information Technology, Data Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• A current Queensland Driver Licence.
• Eligibility to obtain a Positive Notice for Working with Children and Disability Services screening (Blue and Yellow Cards).
• Proven experience administering Salesforce is essential, including system configuration, user management, reporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining data quality.
• Strong systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience maintaining data quality and producing reports from databases or CRM platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to develop user guides, procedures and training materials.
• The ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Alignment with Tasc’s values of Integrity, Adaptability, Courage and Empowerment.

The following will be highly regarded:

• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards that support government funding, service delivery, contractual and compliance reporting requirements.
• Experience preparing, managing or supporting reporting to government departments, funding bodies, accreditation agencies or regulators.
• Strong understanding of performance measures, data quality requirements and reporting frameworks within community services, legal assistance or not-for-profit environments.
• Experience providing user support, system training and documentation.
• Experience working within a not-for-profit, community services or funded service environment

Salary and classification will be SCHADS Award Level 4+ or 5+ dependent on qualifications and experience.
