You've coordinated before — trades, construction, property, logistics, anywhere with crews, timelines and moving parts — and you know that good systems are what turn a busy week into a smooth one.

What you'll be doing

• Scheduling installation crews across the day and the week ahead

• Confirming scope, access and material requirements before install day

• Communicating with customers about bookings, arrival windows and updates

• Following up on quotes and pending jobs alongside the sales team

• Confirming deposits and payments before crews are dispatched

• Managing progress through the day and handling changes as they come up
  

You'll be backed and supported by our installation manager and the sales team — this seat isn't a solo mission, it's part of a department set up to run well.
