Are you a university student looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry? RCC is inviting expressions of interest for our upcoming Cadet Assessment Day in Sydney — your opportunity to join one of Australia's most respected construction companies.
As our business continues at RCC, we remain focused on exceeding client expectations and strengthening long-term partnerships. To achieve this, we invest in the next generation of construction professionals, equipping them with the skills, experience, and mentorship needed to thrive.

The Cadet Program:
Our structured 2-year program includes:

Core rotations in Contract Administration, Site Supervision & Engineering.
Elective rotations in Design, Estimating & Safety.
Study support with up to 1.5 days off during university semesters.
Mentorship & Guidance from experienced industry professionals who are invested in your development.
