Experienced Automotive Dealership Stock Controller

200+ Vehicles Monthly 🕘 Full-Time | 🚗 Fast-Paced, Multi-Franchise Dealership. Are you a detail-driven, organized professional with experience in dealership stock control?

We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Stock Controller to join our high-performing team across Ford sales departments – handling both new and used vehicles. With over 200 vehicles delivered each month, you’ll play a critical role in the success of our operation, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely stock management from factory order through to final delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

Managing vehicle stock across all brands – new, used, demonstrators, and wholesale Processing factory orders, dealer transfers, and stock allocations.

Ensuring compliance and accuracy across vehicle invoicing, registration, and documentation Coordinating with sales teams, delivery coordinators, and service departments Maintaining DMS records and reporting on stock levels and turnover Liaising with OEMS and financiers as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in automotive stock control within a dealership environment Strong knowledge of dealer management systems (Units Auto IT and AMS Pro experience highly regarded).

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
