HSEQ Coordinator

Entire is a Tier 1 subcontractor delivering Mechanical and Fire Services, Prefab and Service & Maintenance across some of Victoria’s largest and most technically challenging projects.

We’re looking for a proactive and practical HSEQ Coordinator to join our team and support safe, compliant and efficient project delivery across our operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ project safety experience looking to take the next step in their career. Recent HSEQ graduates are also encouraged to apply.

The Role

Working closely with our HSEQ Manager and project teams, you’ll provide hands-on HSEQ support across projects where Entire operates as either Principal Contractor or contractor.

This is a hybrid site and office role, combining regular site involvement with safety systems, online portals, documentation and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting project mobilisation and day-to-day HSEQ requirements

• Assisting with SWMS and reviewing subcontractor safety documentation, licences and competencies

• Maintaining HSEQ documentation and registers across Hammertech, Simpel, client systems and Entire’s internal platform

• Conducting site inspections and task observations, and supporting critical controls and high-risk work requirements

• Monitoring plant, equipment, licences, VOCs, training and competency requirements

• Supporting permits, toolbox talks and workforce safety communications

• Providing practical HSEQ advice to supervisors, technicians and project teams

• Assisting with incidents, investigations, corrective actions, audits and compliance reviews

• Tracking HSEQ actions and supporting reporting, statistics and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

You’ll ideally bring:

• Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety essential

• 2–3 years’ project safety, WHS or HSEQ experience preferred

• Exposure to construction, projects, services or a similar operational environment

• Strong computer skills and confidence working with online systems, portals and safety documentation

• Practical knowledge of SWMS, high-risk work and project safety requirements

• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail

• A practical, solutions-focused approach and confidence working with site teams
