About the Role

We’re seeking a qualified Electrician who wants to apply their skills in a specialised marine setting. This role is ideal for an electrician who enjoys technical electrical work, thrives on problem‑solving, and wants to work on luxury vessels, defence craft, and high‑end marine systems.

This is not a domestic or general maintenance electrician role — it’s a trade‑qualified position working across electrical systems that support newbuilds, refits, and yard operations.

You’ll work on:

·         Installation, wiring and termination of vessel Electrical Systems (AC/DC)

·         Installation, wiring and termination of vessel Control Systems (PLC, SCADA)

·         Installation of cable support systems and penetrations

·         Periodical test and tagging (as required)

·         Electrical repairs on a wide range of equipment (as required)

·         Marine electrical systems onboard luxury vessels and defence craft

·         Power tools and equipment requiring electrical repair, fault finding, and component replacement

·         CCTV, lighting, and yard electrical systems — ensuring reliability and compliance

·         Test and tagging in line with Australian standards

·         Onboard electrical installation and support for newbuild and refit projects

Your work directly supports the electrical integrity of vessels recognised globally for their engineering excellence.
