Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Required.

CAR30 approved Maintenance Organisation based on the Gold Coast, QLD is seeking to recruit an experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) to join our team in a full-time position working Monday to Friday.  There will be some field work requirements so you will need to be able to travel on short notice.

 Duties shall include:

• Disassembly, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, engine accessories, electrical systems, airframe components and assemblies

• Installing and testing aircraft electrical, avionics and communications equipment using specialist equipment

• Replacing and testing aircraft oxygen systems

• Maintaining records of aircraft maintenance activities 

• Adoption of company quality and safety management systems by adhering to company and regulatory procedures to ensure that all work is performed to a high safety standard at all times

We require the following from candidates:

•  LAME qualified in either B1.2, B1.3 or B1.4

•  Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

•  Ability to complete Human Factors training

•  Ability to work under minimal supervision as well as part of a wider team.
