Graphic Designer & Motion Content Creator

About the role

You'll work across digital, social, motion and video-adjacent design including thumbnails, ad creative, social graphics, and WordPress page updates, turning technical energy content into visuals that people actually stop and click on. This is a mixed-media role where no two weeks look the same. You could be designing a thumbnail one day and helping with video with that extra visual candy.

Key responsibilities

• Design YouTube thumbnails, social media graphics and digital ad creative
• Update and maintain our WordPress website (basic WordPress understanding essential)
• Produce motion graphics such as animated intros, lower thirds and kinetic text for video and ad content
• Design email/newsletter graphics and campaign visuals
• Pitch in on filming and mixed-media content when needed, with room to learn and grow into it
• Work closely with our video and content team to keep output fast and on-brand
• Turn technical, product-heavy topics into simple, high-converting design

About you

• Competent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects highly regarded)
• Basic Premiere Pro skills a plus for light video trims/edits alongside motion graphics work
• Comfortable working in WordPress including page updates, image swaps and layout tweaks
• Understanding of design for web (mobile-first, UX basics)
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, happy working independently and as part of a small team
• Based in or able to work from Kings Park, Western Sydney, on-site
• Must already have the legal right to work in Australia
