About the role

InOne Imaging is seeking an experienced and passionate Sonographer to join our growing team across our Deer Park and Bacchus Marsh clinics.

As a Sonographer, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality diagnostic ultrasound services while contributing to clinical excellence, workflow efficiency, and outstanding patient care. For experienced candidates, opportunities exist to take on leadership responsibilities, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth and development of our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of ultrasound examinations (General Ultrasound, Obstetric & Gynaecological Ultrasound, MSK, Vascular)
• Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain high clinical standards
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, referrers, and healthcare professionals
• Support quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to workflow optimisation and service excellence
• Mentor junior sonographers and students where appropriate

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Current ASAR accreditation
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Previous senior Sonographer or leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience in diagnostic ultrasound
• Strong clinical knowledge across a broad range of ultrasound services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
