Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic, operational, and commercial leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, including membership, hospitality, events, marketing, partnerships, financial performance, and team leadership. This hands-on executive role involves working closely with the Board to develop and implement a clear strategic direction, with a key focus on strengthening commercial performance, enhancing operational effectiveness, and driving sustainable membership growth. The CEO will also be tasked with preserving the unique culture, heritage, and sense of community that the organization values. Candidates for the CEO position should have a background in senior leadership within hospitality, membership organizations, events, cultural institutions, or related sectors. Strong commercial and financial management capabilities are essential, as is experience in leading teams and driving organizational performance. The role requires a leader who can build strategic partnerships, engage with influential stakeholders, and represent the organization externally. A warm, approachable, and highly skilled leadership style, combined with a proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach, is highly regarded.
