The new Goros will be a music led Japanese drinking house where a highball and a charcoaled skewer turn into vinyl grooves, karaoke and a night you didn’t plan to stay out for.

This is the next chapter of Goros – more grown-up, still unmistakably Japanese, still full of energy. Better drinks, vinyl music with a point of view, karaoke done properly. Warm pine and moody lighting. It’s a room built for connection, without losing what made it fun in the first place.

The Role

As a Bartender at Goros, you’ll bring our reimagined cocktail menu to life – playful in execution, quality-first in every pour. You’ll work a room where the drinks, the music and the crowd build together, and where karaoke and vinyl are as central to the shift as the bar itself.

You’ll craft and serve a focused list of Japanese bar-culture-inspired cocktails, keep the bar running with pace and precision through service and read the room as it shifts from early drinks to late-night dancefloor. You’ll work alongside a tight food menu built for sharing – yakitori, karaage, gyoza – so timing and teamwork with the floor matters.

We’re looking for bartenders with a genuine love of craft and hospitality, guest-first above all else, confident behind a busy bar, brings energy without ego and wants to be part of building something from the ground up as Goros relaunches.
