Loader Operator

Coastal Sand Soil and Mulch is a rapidly expanding business in Hervey Bay and is seeking a motivated loader operator to join the team

Please note that this position is not entry level and a minimum of 2 x years of experience on loaders is required.

the successful applicant can enjoy a fast-paced work environment with a great crew and late model and well-maintained machines.

this is an onsite position in Hervey Bay with hours ranging from 38 - 60 per week depending on work loads

the successful applicant will be required to

• conduct pre starts, grease and check over machines and plant daily

• be able to work safely and effectively alone

• be able to run screening plants effectively

• have the ability to load trucks safely and efficiently

• have the ability to keep a clean floor and work area

• excellent radio communication skills

• current loader ticket

• current QLD white card
  

attractive but non-essential attributes

• sand and soil product and manufacture knowledge

• gravel and aggregate manufacturing and knowledge

• excavator experience

• HR or higher truck license

• mechanical knowledge
