About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales & Projects Coordinator to join our growing team. Working at the heart of our sales and project delivery functions, you'll help bring projects to life - from initial enquiry through to completion. With plenty of variety, customer interaction, and opportunities to make an impact, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and keeping things running smoothly.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate sales and project activities from order through to completion

• Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate project documentation

• Liaise with customers, builders, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders

• Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordination of project requirements

• Support the sales team with customer enquiries, pricing, and administrative requirements

• Maintain strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in a sales support, project coordination, customer service, or similar role

• Experience within the building, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• A positive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach
