We’re a fast-growing property services business working closely with property management teams across Melbourne.

We’re looking for an experienced operator with strong operations and customer excellence skills to step into a hands-on role overseeing operations, scheduling, and customer service.

This is a role focused on delivery, structure, and client experience.

About the Role

As Service Co-ordinator, you will own your portfolio in the engine room of the business.

You’ll be responsible for keeping the day-to-day operation running smoothly and making sure our property management clients get consistent, reliable service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing scheduling of the trades

• Overseeing scheduling, job flow and service delivery

• Managing and supporting the customer service/scheduling team

• Improving systems, processes and turnaround times

• Monitoring KPIs around jobs, response times and client satisfaction

• Increase client satisfaction and build real relationships with great people

You will work closely with senior leadership and have real influence over how the business scales.

About You

This role suits someone who has:

• Who can work fast in a fast-paced dynamic enviornment

• Senior experience in property management, operations, customer service or team leadership

• Strong understanding of how PM departments operate

• Confidence in dealing with managers and agency leaders

• Strong attention to detail

• A practical, organised, and solutions-focused approach

• Experience leading people and improving workflows

You don’t need trade experience — we’ll train you on our services.
