In this role, you'll:
Join our Operations Support & Readiness team, where you will play an important role supporting the delivery of operational training and workforce capability programs across Transport for NSW.
You will help coordinate training activities, help maintain learning and compliance records, support reporting and ensure training administration processes run efficiently and accurately. Working closely with trainers, subject matter experts and operational stakeholders, you will contribute to workforce readiness and help ensure employees have access to the training and competency programs they need to perform safely and effectively.
You will:

Experience using systems such as Equip or similar learning platforms will be highly regarded.
Your strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills allow you to build effective working relationships across geographically dispersed teams, training providers and operational stakeholders. You are known for your ability to provide responsive support, coordinate activities efficiently and communicate clearly with a wide range of audiences.
You bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to identify process improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
