In Home Support Worker (Domestic Cleaner)

Ozcare has multiple casual opportunities available for In-Home Support Workers supporting our clients across the Toowoomba region.

Your Role

As an In Home Support Worker you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include: 

• Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans

• Undertake domestic duties which includes cleaning, laundry and meal preparation

• Provide support duties such as shopping, transport etc

• Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our residents' care

Role Requirements

• A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance

• Vehicle must be safe, well-maintained, and suitably accessible to support clients with varying mobility needs to enter and exit comfortably.
  

• Current Police Screening Certificate (valid within past 3 years)

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

• Current Queensland driver's licence

• Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).

• Good computer & mobile device skills
