Clear Dental City is seeking a proactive, positive, and efficient Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team at our City practice.

This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a modern, well-established dental clinic within a growing dental group that values professionalism, teamwork, and patient care.

About the Role

You will provide both chairside assistance and reception support, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients in a fast-paced yet highly supportive clinical environment.

Work schedule:
• 5 days per week (flexible for the right candidate)
• Operating hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Full training provided for the right applicant

What We Are looking for

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong time management and multitasking ability

• Experience with Dental 4 Windows software

• Be able to process Hicaps claims and Eftpos transactions

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Genuine interest in the dental industry

• Minimum 1 year of dental experience a must.
