About the role:

Reventon Residential is seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties across Geelong and the Bellarine Peninsula. This is a work-from-home role, offering flexibility and autonomy while managing your own portfolio.

To be successful in this role you need to possess:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Property Management role

• Agent Representatives Certificate (VIC)

• Valid drivers license

• Reliable vehicle

• National Police Check

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work within a team environment

• Excellent time management skills and prioritisation of workload

• Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio across Geelong & Bellarine Peninsula

• Conduct routine inspections, condition reports, and final bond inspections

• Ensure timely rent collection and arrears management

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors

• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews, and vacate processes

• Ensure compliance with all Victorian rental laws and regulations

• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers

• Implement and refine internal processes to improve efficiency

• Keep up to date with industry changes and legislation updates

• Support the onboarding of new clients from Reventon and referral partners, ensuring a seamless transition into

• Ensure the portfolio remains compliant with all relevant legislation, including Victorian rental minimum standards, inspections, safety requirements and required documentation.
