As our Perth service continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS) to join our team in a full-time, ongoing role. This is a remote-first position, combining work-from-home flexibility with a mix of in-community sessions across Adelaide and nearby regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify participants’ behavioural needs and develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans

• Deliver evidence-based behaviour support interventions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies

• Collaborate with families, carers, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to behaviour support

• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to support workers and caregivers to effectively implement behaviour support strategies

• Maintain accurate, high-quality client records and reports aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of behaviour support practices and service quality

• Advocate for participants’ rights, dignity, and goals, liaising with relevant stakeholders and authorities as required

What You Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behaviour Support, ABA, or a related allied health field

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner

• Strong skills in functional behaviour assessment and evidence-based planning

• Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team

• Current NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Core or Proficient)
