As our Perth service continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner (NDIS) to join our team in a full-time, ongoing role. This is a remote-first position, combining work-from-home flexibility with a mix of in-community sessions across Adelaide and nearby regions.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive functional behaviour assessments to identify participants’ behavioural needs and develop tailored Behaviour Support Plans
Deliver evidence-based behaviour support interventions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
Collaborate with families, carers, support workers, and allied health professionals to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to behaviour support
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to support workers and caregivers to effectively implement behaviour support strategies
Maintain accurate, high-quality client records and reports aligned with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of behaviour support practices and service quality
Advocate for participants’ rights, dignity, and goals, liaising with relevant stakeholders and authorities as required
What You Bring
Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Behaviour Support, ABA, or a related allied health field
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner
Strong skills in functional behaviour assessment and evidence-based planning
Excellent communication, report-writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
Current NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Practitioner Registration (Core or Proficient)
