As a Store Manager at Snooze Hobart, you'll immerse yourself in the world of Snooze, gaining invaluable experience in retail operations, customer service, and team management. Join us to develop the skills you need to thrive in your entrepreneurial journey.

The role is a full-time Store Manager position. In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and include rotating weekends and public holidays where required.

Whether you're already in Tasmania or looking to make the move from Melbourne, we'd love to hear from you. For Melbourne-based candidates relocating to Tasmania, Snooze will support required training by covering reasonable travel and accommodation costs.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to provide a satisfactory National Police Check.

You already come with the following:

• Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred
• Previous management experience
• Experience in stock management
• You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
• The drive to achieve sales KPIs in line with targets and budgets
• Energy and a positive attitude that brings out the best in you and all those around you
• The motivation to coach and inspire your team to reach their personal best
• Influencing and motivating the team to succeed in the achievement of productivity, sales and product knowledge
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build strong relationships with all team members
• Effective communication skills
• Necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required.
