Social Media Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role WHOINC is looking for an energetic, creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence. Working on-site at our Dandenong South office 3 days a week, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and executing our social media strategy across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality visual and written content (videos, photos, graphics, and copy).
• Manage day-to-day interactions across all social media channels and engage with our online community.
• Track, analyze, and report on channel performance and campaign engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Strong skills in graphic design and short-form video creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut).
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently on-site in Dandenong South 3 days per week.
