ICT Support Officer

We're looking for an experienced ICT Project Officer to join a Federal Government team in Barton, ACT on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension.
This is a 100% onsite role supporting end users across Australia and overseas, providing frontline ICT support and contributing to the delivery of reliable, customer-focused ICT services.
Key responsibilities include:✔ Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accounts✔ Managing and resolving helpdesk requests and incidents✔ Supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments✔ Administering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assets✔ Supporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testing✔ Maintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guides✔ Supporting cyber security activities, patching and access management
To be successful you'll have:✅ Current Baseline Security Clearance (essential)✅ Experience providing ICT support within the Australian Public Service✅ Strong Microsoft on-prem and cloud administration skills✅ Active Directory and Azure AD experience✅ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills✅ Understanding of ITIL principles (desirable)
