About The Role
Byron Central Hospital's new CAP Unit is seeking Registered Nurses to coordinate and deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in accordance with relevant standards, policies and procedures. In this role, you'll support patients awaiting residential aged care placement by delivering person-centred care that supports functional ability and wellbeing while facilitating a safe and coordinated transition to residential aged care.
