We’re looking for a Commercial Development Manager to join our Vendor Management team within Commercial Enablement.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this role will partner with Category Teams and key commercial functions to identify opportunities, influence outcomes and deliver measurable improvements in profitability.

You’ll also:

• Full end to end ownership and delivery of COGS out targets across key project areas.
• Collaborate with category teams to develop clear commercial plans with continued strategic alignment.
• Identify and drive opportunities across JBPs, Promotional Optimisation, Range Reviews and Commodity Movements.
• Build a strong 12–18 month pipeline of commercial initiatives.
• Use data and insights to turn opportunities into clear recommendations.
• Partner with Category, Finance and broader commercial teams to influence outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement through better processes, automation and AI.

You’ll bring:

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, category, commercial, finance or strategy.
• A track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Confidence to constructively challenge and influence without direct authority.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity and prioritise effectively.
