About the role
We are seeking to establish a pool of Early Childhood Education Teacher’s for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 1, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

With state-of-the-art facilities catering for Kindergarten to Year 6 students, Jilbup PS provides an inclusive learning environment for students to reach their full potential, both socially and academically. Our school has a Specialized Learning Program - Autism to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to successfully access mainstream education. Our facilities include purpose-built science, art and music rooms, expansive oval, playing courts and a contemporary library and information centre.

Teachers should work collaboratively to ensure consistent approaches are implemented school-wide and instructional decisions are informed by collective student improvement data.

The Role
We are ideally seeking Early Childhood Teachers with exceptional interpersonal skills who possess a natural ability to communicate effectively and foster genuine relationships with parents, students, and colleagues. As a Early Childhood Teacher you should promptly establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment, setting high expectations and cultivating a growth mindset, while nurturing students' social and emotional development.
Suitable applicants will ideally be highly motivated, student and relationship focused and dedicated to improving the outcomes of all students. The ability to utilise outstanding communication skills and strong leadership within the classroom to create an environment in which students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) can thrive within a supportive mainstream setting, by implementing our whole school social curriculum and a commitment to using Tier 1 support would highly advantageous to this role.
