About The Role

You will be based at Concord Repatriation General Hospital, which has provided outstanding healthcare for more than 70 years. Building on its proud heritage of caring for the veteran community, the hospital now delivers a broad range of specialist and general health services to the communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and surrounding areas.

You will provide clinical psychology services to and clinical leadership within psychology. Provide quality consumer-focused, evidence-based psychological services to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal Candidate

Current registration with AHPRA and must hold a post graduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters, and/or Doctorate or PhD) that provides eligibility for full membership of the APS and ACPA.Demonstrated clinical knowledge, skill and clinical experience in the provision of clinical psychology interventions, demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Insight Oriented Psychotherapy. Demonstrated skills in working with families.
