IT Support Analyst

Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is Western Australia's largest and most established private radiology provider, proudly doctor-owned and serving the community for over 75 years. With a team of over 130 doctors and 1,250 professionals, we deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across more than 20 hospital and community sites.

About the role

Based at our Subiaco head office, this is a 3 month contract with a view to permanency, role supports end users across 20+ locations spanning corporate offices and clinical settings. You'll handle tickets through ZENDesk, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support RIS/PACS and productivity systems, and contribute to IT projects — with travel to other sites supported by km reimbursement.

Who we're looking for

• Several years' L1/L2 end-user support experience, ideally in health or radiology

• Strong hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting skills

• Comfortable with RIS/PACS, Office, Active Directory, and service management tools

• Clear communicator who can manage end users with patience and professionalism

• Sound understanding of cyber security and data protection practices

• ITIL or vendor certifications well regarded

• Full Australian working rights; own vehicle required
