About the role

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Office All rounder to join our team at DTC INDUSTRIES in Bibra Lake, WA. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operations of our office and contributing to the overall success of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, diary management, and coordinating meetings

• Handle a range of office tasks such as data entry, filing, ordering supplies, and responding to inquiries

• Assist with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing incoming phone calls

• Support the leadership team with various projects and administrative tasks as required

• Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure seamless workflow and exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach

• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks

• Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
